Kota Kinabalu: The routes in the lower interior area for the Sabah Pan Borneo Highway project will be included in the Phase 3 construction plan, said Deputy Chief Minister-cum-Public Works Minister Datuk Shahelmey Yahya.

Kota Kinabalu: The government has paid land and structure compensation totalling RM1.147 billion to owners as of April 1 this year for the Pan Borneo Highway project in Sabah, said Deputy Chief Minister and Public Works Minister Datuk Shahelmey Yahya.

Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah portion of the Pan Borneo Highway was delayed because in 2019 the state government changed the implementation method, state works minister Shahelmey Yahya said.
